Neala Johnson REALTOR®
As a North Texas native, Neala Johnson uses her vast knowledge of Dallas / Fort Worth and the surrounding areas to assist her clients in finding the perfect property for their needs. Neala is a second-generation real estate professional, having grown up in Plano around her father's business as a custom home and commercial builder from Lucas to Highland Park. Her unique perspective combined with her contract negotiation skills, and a background in interior design allows her to provide clients with a positive, streamlined real estate experience. She studied interior design at the Art Institute of Dallas and Communication Design at the University of North Texas. She designs and creates custom art works in several mediums, as well as murals and paintings for clients across the United States. Neala is an open communicator who holds Integrity, industry knowledge, and goal-based results as the highest commitments to her clients.

Neala lives in Frisco, TX with her husband, Chip and their two sons. They love camping, gardening, traveling, and hanging with their four legged rescues; two big pups and two cats.
Shannon Gorden REALTOR®, MRP
Shannon, Realtor with Local Group, is a lifelong resident of the Dallas/Ft Worth Metropolitan. She has a deep knowledge of houses in DFW. She studied at Texas A&M, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution. Shannon began investing in real estate early and currently owns several investment properties in Texas and Colorado. She has a proven ability to identify and tackle buyer's as well as seller's needs, fully engaged and always positive. She also enjoys educating clients on how to effectively invest in real estate. Her collaborative real estate approach is gleaned from 13 years of delivering high level luxury service. She is also a certified (MRP) Military Relocation Professional. Shannon is thankful for the opportunity to work alongside her lifelong friend, Neala with the God-given purpose of 'Elevating' our community.
Shannon is a 5th Generation 'Dallasite', who now resides in Frisco, TX. She loves serving charity events with her daughter, watching her son's sports, snow skiing, baking and entertaining her dogs, Yellow Labrador and a Peekapoo!
